| 摘 要： | 目的观察健康教育对社区糖尿病管理效果的影响。方法选取我院下属社区管理的糖尿病病人126例,随机分为观察组63例,对照组63例,对观察组进行健康教育系统管理,对照组未进行系统的健康教育管理,6个月后对比分析两组患者血糖控制率和糖尿病知识知晓率。结果观察组的血糖控制率和糖尿病知识知晓率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能明显提高社区糖尿病管理效果,值得重视。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Observation of community health education on the effect of diabetes management. METHOD5 Select the community hospital under the management of diabetic patients, 126 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 63 patients in the control group of 63 cases of observation group health education system management, the control group did not conduct systematic health education and management, comparative analysis of six months after rates of two groups of patients with blood glucose control and diabetes knowledge level. RESULTS Observation group and diabetes blood sugar control rate was significantly higher knowledge level difference between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Community health education can significantly improve the effect of diabetes management, it is worth attention. |
