| 摘 要： | 目的探索在新型全科团队模式下建立适宜城市社区全科医疗的评估指标体系。方法采用德尔菲（Delphi）专家评判法进行评估指标的筛选。结果评估指标遵循全科医疗的基本特征，组成了6大类、36个指标的二级指标系统，各指标通过权重分配后．最终确立综合评估模型。结论通过本课题的研究，打浦桥街道社区卫生服务中心成立了适宜城市社区卫生发展的新型全科服务团队，提出了一套科学、实用且可操作的社区全科医疗服务评价指标体系，从而更好地指导全科团队的工作。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore in the new team mode establish the suitability of city community health assessment index system. METHODS Using the Delphi （Delphi） expert evaluation method evaluation index screening. RESULTS Evaluation index to follow general medical basic features, consisting of 6 categories, 36 indicators of two level index system, each index by weight distribution, finally establishes the comprehensive evaluation model. CONCLUSION Through the study of this subject, the center was established for the city community health development of new general service team, put forward a set of scientific, practical, operable to community health service evaluation index system, in order to better guide the team work. |
