鼻咽癌的影像学诊断分析比较

目的：探讨鼻咽癌常见的影像学诊断，为临床上鉴别诊断鼻咽癌提供诊断依据。方法 对80例鼻咽癌患者同时行鼻咽MRI和增强CT,两种检查均在20d内完成。比较这两种方法在诊断鼻咽癌超腔侵犯、咽后淋巴结转移、颅底骨质侵犯和颅内海绵窦侵犯上的检出例数及检出率。结果：CT组和MRI组在超腔侵犯、咽后淋巴结转移、颅底骨质侵犯和颅内海绵窦侵犯上的检出例数及检出率分别为57例（71．3％）和71例（88．8％）、65例（81．3％）和73例（91.3％）、42例（52．5％）和66例（82．5％）、67例（83．8％）和73例（91．3％）。MRI表现出明显的优越性，在敏感度方面较增强CT有明显优势（P〈0．05）。结论：两种影像学方法中，MRI较CT有明显优势，对初治鼻咽癌患者的判定更具价值。

Analysis and comparison of imaging diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective： To explore the common imaging diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, in order to provide the clinical differential diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： 80 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected snuff MRI and enhanced CT at the same time, and completed within 20 d, and to compare these two kinds of methods in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma super-cavity violation of retropharyngeal lymph node metastasis, skull base invasion and intracranial cavernous infringement on the number of detected cases and detection rates. Results： CT group and the MRI group in the ultra-cavity violation of retropharyngeal lymph node metastasis, skull base invasion and intracranial cavernous infringement on the number of detected cases and the detection rate was 57 cases （71.3%） and 71 cases （88.8%）, 65 cases （81.3%） and 73 cases （91.3%）, 42 cases （52.5%） and 66 cases （82.5%）, 67 cases （83.8%） and 73 cases （91.3%）. MRI demonstrated a clear superiority of the sensitivity area, there were obvious advantages compared with CT enhanced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The two kinds of imaging methods, MRI has more significant advantages than CT, and more valuable for previously untreated patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
