兔膝关节神经支选择性切断后对关节软骨的影响

摘    要:目的观察兔膝关节神经支选择性切断后关节软骨形态学变化。方法在外科显微镜下选择性切断兔膝关节神经支,术后4、8、16周取材,肉眼观察兔膝关节大体结构,组织切片HE染色,光镜下观察关节软骨组织结构,应用显微电脑测量软件测量关节软骨厚度。结果对照组兔膝关节软骨表面光滑,软骨细胞呈四层结构排列,软骨细胞为圆形或椭圆形,表层呈梭形。实验组兔膝关节软骨组织结构未见明显改变,软骨厚度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论选择性切断兔膝关节神经支对关节软骨组织结构无明显影响,膝关节局部去神经化术治疗具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the morphological changes of the rabbit knee articular cartilage after selective denervation.Methods Selective denervation adopting surgical microscope was made on the rabbit knee joint,the animals of each group were sacrificed at 4,8,16 weeks after operation.The gross structure of knee joint was observed with the naked eyes,after the hematoxylin and eosin staining,the histological structure of knee articular cartilage was observed through light microscope,the thickness of knee articular cartilage was measured by computer software of microscopic measurement.Results In normal control group,the surface of knee articular cartilage is smooth,and the cartilaginous cells were round or oval with fusiform outline and arranged into four-layers.In experimental group,the cartilaginous structure had no obvious change in contrast with the normal one,the thickness of knee articular cartilage compared to the control group had no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion The histological structure of knee articular cartilage had no significant change after the selective denervation so the local selective denervation technique on the knee joint may be feasible to clinical therapy.
