线状溶酶体和圆形溶酶体结构关系的电镜细胞化学观察

摘    要:用酸性磷酸酶(acid phosphatase,AcP ase)的电镜细胞化学方法,在半簿切片(semithin sections)上观察到NIH小鼠肝细胞中含有AcP ase反应阳性的线状溶酶体和圆形或卵圆形溶酶体。前者可分为线状和膨大两部分。线状部分又可分支形成网络并与某些圆形或卵圆形溶酶体相连。结果表明该类细胞的细胞质可能存在着“溶酶体三维结构网络系统”。

Abstract:Acid phosphatase (AcPase) positive nematolysosomes and spherical or oval lysosomes were observed in NIH mouse hepatocytes on semithin sections withultracytochemical method.The nematolysosomes might be divided into two parts-thread-like structure and expansive structure.It was also seen that the thread-like structure branched and connected with spherical or oval lysosomes. Therefore, it was possible that there was a "lysosome three-dimensional network system" in the hepatocytes.
