男性性病患者的焦虑抑郁情绪与心理干预对治疗依从性的影响

目的了解男性性病患者的焦虑抑郁情绪并观察心理干预对治疗依从性的影响。方法将117例确诊的男性性病患者在明确诊断后实施治疗前予以HAMA(汉密顿焦虑量表)和HAMD(汉密顿抑郁量表)评定其焦虑抑郁情绪。评定结果与100名普通男性评定结果进行比较。同时将该117例确诊的男性性病患者随机分为两组:A组(心理干预组)、B组(非心理干预组),于治疗所患性病第三周末进行患者的治疗依从性判定,比较治疗所患疾病过程中两组患者的治疗依从性。结果男性性病患者的HAMA和HAMD评分均显著高于普通男性人群,心理干预组患者的治疗依从性明显高于非心理干预组。结论男性性病患者存在明显的焦虑抑郁情绪,可能成为其求诊和持续接受治疗的障碍,心理干预可提高其治疗依从性。

Anxiety and Depression of Male Patients Suffering from Venereal Diseases and the Effect of Psychological Help on Treatment Compliance

Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression of clinical male patients suffering from venereal diseases and observe the effect of psychological help on treatment compliance. Method One hundred and seventeen male patients were assessed by HAMA and HAMD to investigate their anxieties and depressions and compared with 100 normal subjects;and then randomized to receive additional or no psychological help to medical treatment and their treatment compliances compared. Results The psychological condition showed significant difference between patients and normal subjects.Patients received psychological help showed better compliance in treatment. Conclusion The male venereal disease patients are anxious and depressed,that may prevent them from receiving medical examination and continuous therapy.Psychological help can improve their treatment compliances.
