高渗盐水对手术病人血浆白介素-2和白介素-6的影响

目的 :对比观察 7.5 %高渗氯化钠溶液 (HTS)对人血浆IL - 2和IL - 6的影响 ,探讨其对人体免疫功能的调节作用及可能机制。方法 :随机将 40例ASAⅠ -Ⅱ级择期手术病人分为A、B两组 (每组 2 0例 ) ,A组 (实验组 )在麻醉前输入 7.5 %氯化钠溶液 (HTS) 4ml/kg,B组 (对照组 )在麻醉前输入等量的复方氯化钠溶液 ,随后均以复方氯化钠溶液维持循环稳定。分别于输高渗盐水或等量的复方氯化钠溶液前 (T1)、后 1.5h(T2 )和 2 4h(T3 )取血测定IL - 2和IL - 6。结果 :A组病人在T3 时IL - 6上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;IL - 2也有上升趋势 ,但无统计学意义。结论 :高渗氯化钠溶液可以通过升高IL - 2和IL - 6促进淋巴细胞和吞噬细胞功能 ,增强机体免疫力 ,对人体的免疫应答过程起到有益的调节作用。

Effect of hyperosmotic sodium chloride solution onplasma IL - 2 and IL - 6 in surgical patients

Objective To observe the effects of 7.5% hypertonic sodium chlorid solution (HTS) on plasma IL-2 and IL-6 in surgical patients,for analysing its mechanism of regulating immune function.Methods 40 ASA I-II surgical patients were randomly divided into two groups (20 in each group) for a comparative study. Before anesthesia the patients in group A were given a 4 ml/kg shot of 7.5% HTS, and the same volume of Ringer's solution(RS) were given to the patients in group B. Then both groups received Ringer's solution in surgical operation time. The blood sample was drawn before infusion HTS or RS(T 1),and 1.5 h (T 2),24 h (T 3) after that respectively, to check plasma IL-2 and IL-6 concentration with radioimmunoassay.Results The results showed that plasma concentration of IL-6 was increased significantly at 24 h after infusion HTS( P <0.05),IL-2 has a increased tendency.Conclusion The plasma concentration of IL-6 were increased significantly after infusion HTS,that may be relate to the mechanism of HTS regulating immune function in surgical patients.
