急性脑血管病与心电图──84例尸检资料分析

本文分析了８４例因急性脑血管病死亡患者的尸检和心电图资料。脑出血患者的心律失常发生率要多于脑梗塞。小脑损伤时，窦性心动过速的发生高于大脑及其它部位的病变。心电图表现有心肌梗塞图形的患者，在病理检查中，绝大部分心脏除了原有疾患造成的病理损害外，其心脏解剖并未发现梗塞病灶，但其中３例有心肌细胞溶解、变性和单核细胞浸润。因此，我们认为，急性脑血管病时，颅内病变引致的综合因素有可能造成心肌的一定损害。

ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE AND ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY:THE DATA ANALYSIS OF 84 AUTOPSY CASES

Autopsy data of 84 acute cerebrovascular disease patients were analyzed.The incidence of cardiac arrhythmias in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were higher than those with cerebral ischemic apoplexy(p<0.02).In acute cerebellar stroke,sinus tachycardia was more freqently present than damage in other parts of the brain (p<0.02).In most of the cases,no fresh pathological focus was found in the hearts even in those with ECG evidence of myocardial infarction in the period of acute cerebrovascular accidents,but 3 patients showed focallysis and denaturation of the myocardial cells,and mononuclear cell infiltration.It is concluded that acute cerebrovascular disease could cause certain injuries of the myocardium.
