新生儿胃肠道穿孔的特殊X线征象及价值

目的 探讨新生儿胃肠道穿孔的特殊X线征象.资料与方法 对56例经手术病理证实的新生儿胃肠道穿孔患儿的X线表现进行分析.结果 膈下游离气体39例,无膈下游离气体17例.特殊X线征象表现为:新月征5例、线样征2例、假囊肿征6例、网膜囊积气征1例、足球征19例、镰状韧带征12例、铅笔征2例、胃泡征消失11例、肠壁积气征8例、木梳征1例、气粪混合征2例、腹腔积液征26例、肠间隔增宽征22例、三角形积气征9例等.结论 胃肠道穿孔的特殊X线征象可有助于早期诊断本病.

Special Radiographic Findings of Perforation of Gastrointestinal Tract in Neonate

Objective To evaluate special radiographic findings of perforation of gastrointestinal tract in neonate. Materials and methods Radiographic findings in 56 Neonate with perforation of gastrointestinal tract confirmed by pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results Free air under diaphragm was identified in 39 cases, and no free air was found in 17 cases. Special radiographic signs were showed including crescentic sign in 5 cases, string sign in 2 cases, false cyst sign in 6 cases, omental bursa pneumatosis sign in 1 case, football sign in 19 cases, falciform ligament sign in 12 cases, pencil-drawing sign in 2 cases, absence of gastric bulb in 11 cases, air-containing bowel wall sign in 8 cases, wood-comb sign in 2 cases, feces-air mixture sign in 2 cases, fluid in the peritoneal cavity sign in 26 cases, increased distance between the bowel loops sign in 22 cases, and triangle pneumatosis sign in 9 cases. Conclusion Special radiographic signs of perforation of gastrointestinal tract in neonate might contribute to early diagnosis.
