摘    要:建立了高效毛细管电泳分析法检测7-氨基头孢霉烷酸生产过程.采用未涂层石英毛细管柱,缓冲液为0.01mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 8.0),运行电压30kV,检测波长254nm.7-氨基头孢霉烷酸、头孢菌素C和戊二酰基-7-氨基头孢霉烷酸的线性范围(mg/ml)分别为0.05~3(r=0.998)、0.1~3.5 (r=0.992)和0.1~5 (r=0.996),迁移时间和峰面积的RSD分别为0.5%、1.0%、0.6%和2.2%、3.0%、2.4%.

Abstract:A high performance capillary electrophoresis was established for the determination in the production of7-aminocephalosporanic acid. An uncoated fused silica capillary column was used with the running buffer solution of0.01mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 8.0), at the detection wavelength of 254nm. The running voltage was 30kV. The linearranges of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid, cephalosporin C and glutaryl-7-aminocephalosporanic acid were 0.05 - 3mg/ml (r=0.998), 0.1 - 3.5mg/ml (r=0.992) and 0.1 - 5mg/ml (r=0.996), respectively. The RSDs of migration times and areaswere 0.5%, 1.0%, 0.6% and 2.2 %, 3.0%, 2.4%, respectively.
