癫痫所致精神障碍患者暴力攻击行为相关因素分析

目的观察癫痫所致精神障碍病人的暴力攻击行为及相关因素分析。方法将125例病人应用护士用住院病人观察量表进行评定,并根据其激惹因子得分高低进行分组研究。结果攻击行为组病人的年龄明显偏低（t=2.96,P〈0.05）,男性和发作频率高者较其他人群明显偏高（x^2=19.13,P〈0.01）,而在婚姻、文化程度上无明显差异。结论年龄、性别和发作频率高与暴力攻击行为的发生密切相关,年轻人、男性及发作频率高者更容易发生暴力攻击行为。在日常工作中了解病人的激惹情绪及攻击行为有利于医护人员采取相应的治疗护理措施及自我保护。

The analysis of relative factors on violence behavior in mental disorders due to epilepsy

Objective To analyse violence behavior and the relative factors in patients with mental disorders due to epilepsy. Methords To rate 125 patients by NOSIE and divide them into groups by scores. Resualts The age in violence group is signifficate lower than other groups（t=2.96,p〈0.05）. The scores is signifficate higher in men and patients frequently than that in other groups. There is no signifficate difference in mariage and culture levels. Conclusions Age,sex and high frequenceare relative with violence behavior.Younger,men and patients frequently are to violence behavior.lt is useful to know patients, and violence behavior for medical staff to take curing and nursing mesureand self protection.
