| 摘 要： | 目的建立以RP-HPLC法测定银翘伤风胶囊中连翘苷和牛蒡苷含量的方法。方法采用UltimateODS C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水（25∶75）为流动相,检测波长为277nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1mL.min-1,进样量为10μL。结果连翘苷在0.03756-0.3756μg范围内与吸收峰面积有良好线性关系,r=0.9999（n=5）,平均回收率分别为98.52%,RSD为0.95%（n=6）;牛蒡苷在0.1744-1.744μg范围内有良好线性关系,r=0.9999（n=5）,平均回收率分别为97.87%,RSD为1．01％（n=6）。结论该法专属性强，重现性好，可作为银翘伤风胶囊中连翘苷和牛蒡子苷的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective A method was established for determination of forsythin and arctiin in Yingqiaoshangfeng Capsules.Methods The HPLC was conducted on a Ultimate ODS C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（25∶75）.The flow rate was 1mL·min^-1 with UV detection at 277nm.The injective volume was 10μL.Results The calibration curve of forsythin was linear with 0.03756～0.3756μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.52% with RSD=0.95%（n=6）.The calibration curve of arctiin was linear with 0.1744～1.744μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 97.87% with RSD=1.01%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is specific and reproducible.It can be applied to determine forsythin and arctiin in Yingqiaoshangfeng Capsules. |
