阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者炎性介质及临床预后的影响

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(Fig)、血脂及临床预后的影响.方法:98例ACS患者随机分为阿托伐他汀治疗组(52例)和常规治疗组(46例),观察2组治疗前、治疗后8周总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、hs-CRP和Fig水平的变化及6个月内主要冠脉不良事件(MACE)和血运重建情况.结果:治疗后阿托伐他汀治疗组TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP、Fig水平及MACE降低(P＜0.05),而常规治疗组仅hs-CRP水平下降(P＜0.05);与常规治疗组相比,阿托伐他汀治疗组MACE发生率明显降低(χ2=4.032,P＜0.05).结论:阿托伐他汀可降低TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP、Fig水平,改善预后.

Influence of atorvastatin on the levels of inflammatory mediators and clinic prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Aim: To observe the effects of statins on TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, Fig levels and clinic prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: A total of 98 patients with ACS were randomly assigned into the control group (n=46) and statins group (n=52). The levels of TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, and Fig before and after 8 weeks treatment and major adverse coronary events (MACE) in 6 months were observed.Results: In statins group, the levels of TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, and Fig and MACE decreased significantly, whereas in the control group only hs-CRP decreased. Conclusion: Comparing with the general treatment group, statins show better effects on decreasing levels of TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, and Fig, and improving clinic prognosis.
