珠及汤治疗特发性肺纤维化理论分析

从"肺"的生理功能角度阐述特发性肺纤维化(肺痿病)中医基本病机为本虚标实;提出补肺生肌通络法治疗特发性肺纤维化的新学说及理论依据;并根据珠及汤的药物组成、配伍、古代文献记载及现代药理研究结果等进行分析,探寻珠及汤治疗特发性肺纤维化(肺痿病)的可能性,提出中医治疗肺痿病可能的新思路,并举一典型病例证明其有效性。

Theoretical Analysis on Zhuji Decoction In The Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

From the point of view of the physiological function of"lung",this paper expounded the pulmonary impotence of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis disease,the basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine is based on deficiency and excess,and the new theory and theoretical basis of tonifying lung and activating muscle and dredging collaterals in the treatment of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were put forward.According to the analysis of the drug composition,compatibility,ancient literature records and modern pharmacological research results of Zhuji decoction,this paper explored the possibility of Zhuji decoction in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(atrophic lung disease),and put forward a new idea of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary impotence disease.At the same time,a typical case was given to prove its effectiveness.
