银翘散联合西药治疗玫瑰糠疹临床观察

目的探究银翘散联合西医治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月-2018年5月收治的80例玫瑰糠疹患者,利用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪片联合NB-UVB治疗仪治疗,观察组在此基础上联合银翘散治疗。对比2组临床疗效、症状消失时间及治疗前后炎性因子水平。结果相比于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,皮疹消失时间及瘙痒症状消失时间较短,IL-17及IL-22水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银翘散联合西医治疗玫瑰糠疹利于提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状消失时间,降低血清炎性因子水平,促进预后恢复,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Yinqiao Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pityriasis Rosea

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinqiao powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of pityriasis rosea.Methods 80 cases of pityriasis rosea patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with levitrizine hydrochloride tablets combined with NB-UVB therapy,while the observation group was treated with Yinqiao powder on this basis.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group,the time of rash disappearance and itching symptom disappearance was shorter,and the IL-17 and IL-22 levels were lower,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinqiao powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of pityriasis rosae can improve the total effective rate,shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and promote the recovery of prognosis.
