摘    要:随着眼科影像技术的发展,黄斑中心凹无血管区(foveal avascular zone,FAZ)越来越被深入研究,在许多研究工具中,光学相干断层扫描血管成像的优势尤为突出,被广泛应用。研究发现,FAZ受黄斑中心凹结构、眼轴长度、年龄、种族、性别及不同的研究方法影响。FAZ与临床许多疾病有着密不可分的联系,其可被称为视网膜血管疾病中黄斑缺血的生物标志物,对临床诊断及治疗疾病具有重要意义。目前,检测结果缺乏统一的评判标准,使得不同仪器测量数据不可替换,今后仍需做进一步研究,从而更好地辅助临床诊断及治疗工作。

Abstract:With the development of ophthalmic imaging techniques, more and more studies are carried out on foveal avascular zone (FAZ). Optical coherence tomography angiography is widely used, due to its advantages comparing to other research tools. FAZ was found to be influenced by foveal structure, axial length, age, race, gender and different research methods. However, a large number of studies have shown that FAZ is closely related to many clinical diseases, and it can be called as a biomarker of macular ischemia in retinal vascular diseases, which is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. There is no unified evaluation standard for the measurement results, which makes the data of different instruments irreplaceable. Further studies are needed, so as to assist clinical diagnosis and treatment.
