中药敷贴联合耳穴埋豆治疗慢阻肺临床观察

目的分析中药敷贴联合耳穴埋豆对慢阻肺患者的疗效。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例,按照数字表法进行随机分组,观察组和对照组各组为30例,对照组患者施行常规西药疗法,观察组患者在对照组的方法前提下,对患者进行中医治疗--中药敷贴联合耳穴埋豆,对比2组患者治疗前和治疗后的血气指标与SGRQ评分、肺功能指标、治疗有效率。结果(1)与对照组对比,观察组治疗后PO2水平(80.29±7.92)明显更高,PCO2水平(46.36±6.91)明显更低,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组SGRQ评分(45.19±6.91)低于对照组,P<0.05。(2)与对照组对比,观察组治疗后FEV1(79.82±5.50)、FEV1/FVC水平(65.82±3.50)明显更高,P<0.05。(3)对照组治疗有效率达到70%,观察组治疗有效率达到93.33%,明显更高,P<0.05。结论慢阻肺患者采用中药敷贴联合耳穴压豆方法进行治疗,可以获得确切的治疗效果,操作简单,安全无副作用,值得广泛应用以及推广。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Plastering Therapy Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine plastering therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were randomly divided into groups according to the digital table method.There were 30 patients in the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine western medicine.Under the premise of the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine plastering therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing.The blood gas index and SGRQ score,lung function index and treatment efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the PO2 level(80.29±7.92)was significantly higher in the observation group and the PCO2 level(46.36±6.91)was significantly lower P<0.05.After treatment,the SGRQ score of the observation group(45.19±6.91)was lower than that of the control group P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the FEV1(79.82±5.50)and FEV1/FVC levels(65.82±3.50)in the observation group were significantly higher after treatment P<0.05.The effective rate of the control group reached 70%,and the effective rate of the observation group reached 93.33%,which was significantly higher P<0.05.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine plastering therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can obtain exactly therapeutic effect.It is easy to operate,safe and has no side effects.It is worthy of widespread application and promotion.
