| 摘 要： | 目的观察臭氧穴位注射联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效及对肺癌生活质量的影响。方法将收治的60例晚期肺癌患者分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),比较2组患者的临床疗效及生活质量。结果试验组患者临床疗效优于对照组,具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与单纯的化疗比较,臭氧穴位注射联合化学药物治疗晚期肺癌有减毒增效作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical study of ozone acupoint injection combin ed with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer and its impact on the quality of life of lung cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with chemotherapy alone,ozone acupoint injection combined with chemical drugs in the treatment of advanced lung cancer has attenuated and synergistic effects. |
