IL-17FI在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征及其预后的关系

目的分析白介素 17F(IL 17F)在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况与患者临床病理特征及其预后的关系。方法收集2015年1月至2017年1月沈阳市肛肠医院手术切除的86例结直肠癌组织标本和癌旁组织标本,通过免疫组化法测定组织标本中IL 17F和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况;分析IL 17F与VEGF的相关性,并比较不同临床病理特征、预后患者IL 17F的表达水平。结果结直肠癌组织中,IL 17F表达阳性率为4302％,低于癌旁组织的10000％,VEGF表达阳性率为8256％,高于癌旁组织的1047％,差异均有统计学意义(均P<005);相关性分析结果显示,IL 17F表达水平与VEGF表达水平呈负相关性(r=-0689,P<005);不同分化程度、浸润深度以及有无淋巴结转移患者之间IL 17F阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<005);IL 17F阳性表达患者生存率、中位生存期均高于IL 17F阴性表达患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<005)。结论IL 17F与结直肠癌预后有密切相关,可抑制结直肠癌的发生、发展。

Expression of RNF2 in Colorectal Cancer Tissues and Its Relationship with Biological Characteristics of Apoptosis

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the expression of IL-17F in colorectal cancer and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods:86 specimens of colorectal cancer and adjacent tissues from January 2015 to January 2017 were collected,the expression of IL-17F and VEGF in tissue samples was determined by immunohistochemistry,the correlation between IL-17F and vascular endothelial growth factor was analyzed,the expression levels of IL-17F in patients with different clinicopathological features and prognosis were compared.Results:The positive rate of IL-17F expression in colorectal cancer tissues was 43.02%, was significantly lower than 100.00% in adjacent tissues,the positive rate of expression of vascular endothelial growth factor was 82.56%, significantly higher than 10.47% in adjacent tissues,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of IL-17F was negatively correlated with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (r=-0.689, P<0.05);The positive expression rate of IL-17F was compared among patients with different degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05);The positive expression rate of IL-17F in surviving patients was significantly higher than that in dead patients,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The survival rate, median survival time and median disease-free survival time of patients with positive expression of IL-17F were significantly higher than those of patients with negative expression of IL-17F,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of IL-17F is low in colorectal cancer tissues, which is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
