穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘临床观察

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予穴位按摩后再贴敷治疗。结果治疗组患者的便秘治疗总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组患者的80%,2组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的便秘能够促使患者便秘症状在短时间内得到有效改善,提高了患者的临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Constipation in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on constipation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into treatment group and control group.Routine nursing was used in the control group.The treatment group received acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing.Results The total effective tate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupoint massage can improve constipation symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in a short time,improve the clinical effect,and is worth promoting.
