苓桂术甘汤治疗毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的对苓桂术甘汤加味治疗毛细支气管炎进行临床疗效观察。方法收集2012年1月-2018年1月毛细支气管炎患儿72例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组患儿口服苓桂术甘汤加味,对照组患儿采取硫酸特布他林雾化液2.5 mg,布地奈德雾化液0.5 mg,雾化吸入,每日2~3次。连用5 d后,观察疗效。结果观察组临床控制3例,显效21例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率83.3%;对照组临床控制1例,显效10例,有效10例,无效15例,总有效率58.4%。观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05),尤其以显效率差异更为明显(P<0.01)。结论苓桂术甘汤加味治疗毛细支气管炎疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction in treating bronchiolitis.Methods 72 children with bronchiolitis from January 2012 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with oral modified Linggui Zhugan decoction,while the control group was received 2.5 mg terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization and 0.5 mg budesonide suspension for inhalation by nebulization 2~3 times a day for five days.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results In the observation group,3 cases were clinically controlled,21 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.In the control group,1 case was clinically controlled,10 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 58.4%.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in obvious effective rate(P<0.01).Conclusion Modified Linggui Zhugan decoction in treating bronchiolitis has reliable effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
