中西医结合护理对急性重症胰腺炎患者炎症反应期疗效及症状、体征改善的影响研究

目的研究中西医结合护理对急性重症胰腺炎患者炎症反应期疗效及症状、体征改善的影响。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者67例,将采用常规护理的33例为对照组,另开展中西医结合护理的34例作为研究组,对比2组护理的效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状改善时间、各生化指标恢复至正常时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予处于炎症反应期的急性重症胰腺炎患者中西医结合护理的效果显著,可推广。

Study on the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on the Improvement of Symptoms and Signs in Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis during the Inflammatory Reaction Period

Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and W estern medicine nursing on the improvement of symptoms and signs in patients with acute severe pancreatitis during the inflammatory reaction period.Methods 67 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected.Thirty-three patients with severe acute pancreatitis were treated with routine nursing as control group,and 34 patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine as study group.The nursing effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the HAMA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the recovery time of biochemical indexes of the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for severe acute pancreatitis patients in inflammatory reaction stage is significant and can be popularized.
