| 摘 要： | 介绍了导尿管细菌生物膜的组成、结构、形成、致病机制，以及导尿管材质对细菌生物膜形成、生长、繁殖的影响。提出减少尿管相关性尿路感染的关键在于预防，防止细菌生物膜的形成，改进导尿管生物材料，加强护理。

| Abstract: | It introduced the makeup, structure, form and pathogenic mechanism of biofilm. It expatiated the influence of material of urethral catheter on the form of biofilm, bacteria growth and procreation on biofilm. It suggested that the key point of decreasing urethral catheter associated urinary tract infection is the prevention, which including prevention of the form of bacteria on biofilm, improving the material of biofilm of urethral catheter and strengthening nursing care of patients. |
