| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氟西汀辅助治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法：观察病例分为伴有抑郁症状及不伴有抑郁症状两组，原有抗精神病药不变，辅以氟西汀治疗，以简明精神病量表（BPRS）、阴性症状量表（SANS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效。观察期12周。结果：伴有抑郁症状组HAMD总分较治疗前有显著减少，新出现的副反应轻微。临床疗效总评量表（CGI）显示总有效率为41.7%。结论：氟西汀可改善精神分裂症伴发的抑郁、焦虑、紧张症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of antipsychotics combined with fluoxetine to treat schizophrenia. Method:Schizophrenic inpatients were classified into two groups,with or without depressive symptoms respectively.The latter was treated with fluoxetine besides ongoing antipsychotics medications,and the patients were measured with brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),scale for the assessment of negative symptoms(SANS) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before and at the 12th weekend. Results:There was significant difference of HAMD score at the 12th weekend.The treatment emergent side effects were very slight and acceptable.The improvement rate of clinical global impression scale(CGI) was 41.7%. Conclusion:Fluoxetine can ameliorate symptoms of depression, anxiety and tension in schizophrenia. |
