四川省医疗机构传染病报告管理现状分析

目的了解四川省医疗机构传染病报告管理现状,分析得失,促进其工作更加规范、科学、及时、准确。方法采用分层抽样法抽取21个市、州不同级别的医疗机构共86个,采用检查表、问卷进行记录,并进行结果非参量化后比较评价。结果全省法定报告传染病漏报率9.14%;卡片完整率、准确率、及时率以及与网络直报的一致率分别为:84.60%、78.85%、86.29%及82.11%;不同级别医疗机构传染病漏报率存在差异,医院级别越高,报告及其管理趋于规范,漏报越少,但报告质量除及时性外,各级间差异均无统计学意义。结论四川省各级医疗机构传染病报卡质量有待提高,特别是准确、完整率;医务人员的传染病报告相关知识欠缺,诊断标准掌握有待于提高。

Analysis on the Current Status of Management of Communicable Diseases Reporting in Medical Institutions of Sichuan Province

Objective To study the current status of the management of communicable diseases reporting in the medical institutions of Sichuan Province to improve the reporting to be more standard,scientific,timely and accuracy.Method 86 medical institutions in 21 cities(prefectures)were selected by stratified sampling,and investigation forms and questionnaires were completed,the results were evaluated by non-parametric method.Result The underreport rate of notifiable communicable diseases in the province was 9.14%;the card's completeness,accuracy and timely rates and the consistence rate of with network direct report were 84.60%,78.86%,86.29% and 82.11% respectively.The underreporting rates of communicable diseases varied in the medical institutions at different level,which was less and more standard in the institutions with higher level.,but there were no significant difference on the reporting quality except timely rate among the institutions at all level.Conclusion The quality of the communicable diseases reporting card should be improved in the province,especially in accuracy and completeness,the awareness of communicable reporting should be increased,and the usage of diagnostic standard should be improved among the health workers in the province.
