苏州市某电子企业职业卫生现况调查

目的调查某电子企业的职业危害状况。方法对苏州市某电子企业的职业危害因素监测结果及接害工人健康监护结果进行统计和分析。结果该企业职业危害因素监测合格率为：噪声55.78%,粉尘100.00%,毒物98.67%;接害工人职业健康检查异常检出率为：听力损伤15.65%,血压异常14.20%,心电图异常12.99%,肝胆脾B超异常9.52%,肝功能异常4.14%,肺功能异常3.35%,血常规异常2.10%,尿常规异常4.67%。结论噪声为该企业超标情况最严重、对工人危害最大的职业危害因素,必须加强治理和进行个人防护。

Survey on Occupational Hygiene in A Electronic Enterprise of Suzhou City

Objective ] To investigate the occupational hazard status in an electronic enterprise. Methods ] The monitoring results of occupational hazard factors and health surveillance were analyzed statistically. Results ] The qualified rates of the occupational hazard factors were noise 55.78%, dust 100.00% and toxicant 98.67% respectively. Shown by results of health examination, a- nomaly detection rates were hearing impairment 15.65%, abnormal BP 14.20%, abnormal ECG 12.99%, abnormal ultrasonic B 9.52%, abnormal liver function 4.14%, abnormal lung function 3.35%, abnormal blood routine indexes 2.10%, and abnormal u- rine routine indexes 4.67%. Conclusion] Noise is the occupational hazard factor which seriously beyond standard and harm workers ＂health in this electronic enterprise, it is necessary to strengthen management and personal protection.
