替硝唑联合六神丸治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效观察

目的评价替硝唑联合六神丸治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效和安全性。方法将112例急性智齿冠周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各56例。2组患者均先局部冲洗,治疗组局部给予替硝唑和六神丸治疗,对照组局部给予碘甘油治疗,治疗3 d后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为83.93%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且未发生明显的毒副作用和不良反应。结论替硝唑联合六神丸治疗急性智齿冠周炎安全有效,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation of Tinidazole with Liushen pills for treatment acute wisdom teeth periodontitis

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of tinidazole with liushen pills for treatment acute wisdom teeth periodontitis.Methods 112 patients of acute wisdom teeth periodontitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,56 patients in each group.Two groups of patients to a partial flush,the treatment group topically administered tinidazole and liushen pills treatment,the control group topically administered iodine glycerin treatment. After 3 days of treatment effects were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.86%,the control group in the total efficiency was 83.93%,two groups overall efficacy difference was statistically significant,（P0.05）, No adverse effect was found in the observation.Conclusions Efficacy and safety of tinidazole with liushen pills for treatment acute wisdom teeth periodontitis,worthy of clinical application.
