黄芪注射液治疗慢性肾炎42例疗效观察

目的观察黄芪注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(慢性肾炎)的临床效果。方法将84例慢性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组与对照组同时给予低盐低脂饮食,并积极施以扩张血管与抵抗炎症等相关综合治疗,治疗组在以上基础上加用黄芪注射液进行治疗,观察2组疗效及治疗前后检测指标改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.5%,对照组总有效率为69.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组所有检测指标均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液治疗慢性肾炎效果较好,可在临床扩大推广范围。

Effect of Astragalus injection in treating 42 cases of chronic nephritis

Objective to observe the astragalus membranaceus injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis（chronic nephritis）clinical effect.Methods 84 cases of chronic nephritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group the 42 cases,the treatment group and control group at the same time give low salt diet that is low in fat,and actively with the dilation of blood vessels and resisting inflammation and other related comprehensive treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the above add a huangqi injection for treatment.Results the treatment group was 90.5%,and control group was 69.0%,and is compared between groups with statistical significance difference（P0.05）The treatment group all the detection index than before treatment improed significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion astragalus membranaceus injection in the treatment of chronic nephritis clinical effect is good, can be in clinical expand the scope of promotion.
