应用可吸收微型螺钉治疗尺骨冠状突骨折

目的探讨可吸收微型螺钉在治疗尺骨冠状突骨折中的应用效果。方法 2008年7月—2010年7月对11例尺骨冠状突骨折患者行切开复位可吸收微型螺钉固定,并进行术后早期功能锻炼。结果 11例患者复查随访6个月—24个月,平均随访19个月,根据Morrey肘关节功能评定标准[刘志雄.骨科常用诊断分类方法和功能结果评定标准[M].北京:北京科学技术出版社,2005:286.]评定疗效,优5例(45.4%),良4例(36.4%),差2例(18.2%),优良率为81.8%。结论可吸收螺钉无毒,组织相容性好,吸收时间符合骨折愈合规律,可以避免患者受二次手术痛苦,减少手术感染及创伤机会。用可吸收微型螺钉对尺骨冠突骨折进行做固定,具有固定可靠有效,并发症少,方法简单,利于早期进行功能锻炼等优点,是治疗尺骨冠突骨折的理想方法。
