七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉行小儿唇腭裂修复术的临床分析

目的观察七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉行小儿唇腭裂修复术的麻醉效果。方法 60例行唇腭裂修复术患者,随机分为七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉组(A组)和丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉组(B组)。观测诱导前(T1)、插管时(T2)、手术开始(T3)、手术开始15 min(T4)、手术开始30 min(T5)及清醒拔管(T6)时的血流动力学变化,记录诱导时间、清醒及拔管时间及不良反应。结果 2组患儿诱导给药后心率、血压有所下降,B组较A组心率、血压波动明显,诱导时间和拔管时间明显长于A组,不良反应多。结论七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉用于小儿唇腭裂修复术,是一种更为安全、有效的麻醉方法。

Clinic analysis of compound anesthesia with Sevoflurane and Remifentanil in cleft lip and palate repair surgery of children

Objective to observe the effect of compound anesthesia with sevoflurane and remifentanil in cleft lip and palate repair surgery of children.Methods firstly,sixty children with cleft lip and palate repair surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups,sevoflurane co-mbined with remifentanil（group A）and propofol combined with remifentanil（group B）.Secondly,to compare and record the medical effect in four times,which are the time（T1）before operating,the time（T2）for cannula,the time（T3）to start the surgery,the time（T4）after 15 min.surgery, the time（T5）after 30 min.surgery and the time（T6）to pull the tube off when the children awaked.Results the heart rate and blood pressure of children in group A and group B were declined（P0.05）after induction.Compared to group A, the children in gro-up B had declined heart rate and blood pressure（P0.05）,increased longer induction and extuba-tion time and adverse reactions.Conclusion compound anesthesia with sevoflurane and remifen-tanil is a more safety and effective method in cleft lip and palate repair surgery of children.
