手指血管损伤术后血液循环的观察与分期护理

目的:总结手指血管损伤术后血液循环的特点,以便及时处理血管危象确保手术成功。方法:成立血液循环专业护理小组,对182例手指血管损伤术后患者血液循环进行观察分析与处理。护理程序如下:提出问题-查找文献资料-评价相关实证-制定实施护理计划。结果:182例患者中13例发生动脉危象,11例发生静脉危象,危象发生率为13.19%,经及时治疗处理,23例血管危象成功缓解,1例失败,抢救成功率为95.83%。结论:对手指血管损伤术后患者血液循环进行准确观察、及时处理以及对患者进行有针对性的分期护理是手术成功的保障。

Observation and nursing of vascular crisis after finger vascular injury surgery

Objective： In order to deal with vascular crisis in time and ensure success of the operation, we summarize the features of blood circulation of Post-operative vascular injury. Methods：We found a group of emocircular nursing to observe and analyze the circulation of postoperative vascular injury of 182 patients. Steps as follow：question,investigate,evaluate and draw up a plan of nursing. Resuh：13 patients and 11 patients turned out to be arterial crisis and vancaus cirsis in 182 patients,the incidence was 13.1%. 23 patients recoverod and 1 patient failure,the cure rate was 95.8%. Conclusion： Observing the circulation of postoperative vascular injury exactly ,taking efficient treatment and following the steps of vascular nursing are beneficial to the operation.
