双向交替牵引手法治疗伴有椎体半失稳的颈椎病

为观察双向交替牵引手法治疗伴有椎体半失稳的颈椎病的疗效，选择伴有椎体半失稳的颈椎病患者68例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组35例采用双向交替牵引手法，对照组33例采用颈椎牵引和颈部常规手法，治疗前后测量颈椎生理曲度与颈椎椎间位移距离，及用目测类比法（VAS）评定疼痛程度，并于2个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效。结果显示，治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）；治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组VAS的评分较对照组显著降低（P〈0．05）；治疗组颈椎生理曲度改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组颈椎椎间位移矫正明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。表明双向交替牵引手法是治疗伴有椎体半失稳的颈椎病的有效方法，其治疗机制与矫正半失稳椎体和恢复脊柱稳定性有关。

TREATAMENT OF TW0-WAY ALTERNATE TRACTION ON CERVICAL SPONDYLOPATHY WITH CENTRAL SEMI-DESTA-BILIZATIONG

In order to study the effect of treating cervical spondylopathy with central semi-destabilization(CSCS)by two-way alternate traction(TAT),68 cases of CSCS were divided into 2 groups:group A(35 cases,treated by TAT),group B(33 cases,treated under common therapy)The physiological curvature and interepinal displacement of cervical vertebra of pre-treatment and post-treatment was measured,the pain degree was evaluated by VAS,the 2-course treatment clinical effect was observed and compared.The results showed that the clinical effect of group A had an advantage significantly over group B(P<0.01),so as in the cure rate(P<0.05)and the VAS score of group A was lower than its of group B(P < 0.05),the improvement degree of curvature and rectification degree of interepinal displacement of group A was better than group B's,suggesting that TAT is a good effect on treating CSCS,the mechanism might be rectify central semi-destabilization and recover the stability of spine.
