| 摘 要： | 目的 分析和总结颈髓损伤后相关并发症的特点及其监护和治疗措施.方法 对重症监护病房(ICU)的颈髓损伤并截瘫患者进行动态监测,观察并记录所发生的并发症,将相应处理措施进行分析和总结.结果 共观察25例颈髓损伤患者,其并发症主要包括低钠血症(100%)、低血压(52%)、心动过缓(48%)、呼吸衰竭(64%)、肺部感染(32%)、泌尿系感染(32%)、体温调节异常(32%)、消化机能减退(64%)、褥疮(12%)等.经过相应处理后,25例中21例并发症治愈或好转,转专科继续康复治疗,4例自动出院.结论 颈髓损伤并发症多,发生率高,其中一些并发症较危重.ICU的监护治疗对颈髓损伤并发症的防治具有重要作用.
