摘    要:随着化疗药物的广泛使用,肿瘤多药耐药性是导致化疗失败的主要原因之一。而p-糖蛋白(P-gp)介导的多药耐药性已成为目前的研究热点,本文就P—gp的结构、组织分布、P—gp介导的肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性及其逆转的研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:With the wide use of chemotherapy drugs, multidrug resistance (MDR) is considered as one of the major reasons causing chemotherapy failure. The multidrug resistance mediated by P-glycoprotein (P-gp) has recently become a hot research topic. This paper briefly introduced the structure and organization distribution of P-gp and the research progress of P-gp mediated multidrug resistance of tumor cells and its reversal strategy.
