运用护理程序进行心肺复苏培训的效果评价

目的:探讨心肺复苏(CPR)培训中应用护理程序制定培训计划对培训效果的影响。方法:按照护理程序设计的CPR培训方案,先后对我院116名初级职称护士实施培训。在培训前,采用试卷调查和操作考核对受训者进行评估,了解其对CPR理论及操作的掌握程度。按调查结果将受训者分为浅认知组、中认知组、深认知组;技能掌握分为掌握组和未掌握组。结果:在CPR理论知识方面,深认知组的护士由培训前的11人增至培训后的105人;在CPR技能方面,掌握组的护士由培训前的3人增至培训后的107人。结论:应用护理程序设计的CPR培训方案能明显提高CPR培训质量。

Evaluation the outcome of CPR training program by nursing process

Objective To evaluate the impact of nursing process on the development and outcome of CRP training program.Methods Using nursing program to design a CPR training program and be used to train 116 junior nurses in one comprehensive hospital.Before the training,a questionnaire has been used to evaluate the cognition level on CPR of trainees.The trainees will be classified as three categories：well capable on CRP theory/skill,fair capable on CPR theory/skill and incapable on CPR theory/skill.Results For CPR theory：Well capable trainees have significantly increased（pre-training：11 vs.post-training：105）;For CPR skill：Well capable trainees have significantly increased（pre-training 9 vs.posttraining 107）.Conclusion Applying nursing process into design of CPR training could significant improve relevant training quality.
