| 摘 要： | 我国临床药师工作模式渐成雏形，但关于临床药师的工作规范、业务管理等文献资料尚属空白状态。本文围绕药学干预的中心任务，尝试以消化内科工作为例，重点探讨临床药师实施药学干预的支撑点，并以实例分析各支撑点的特点及其作用，以期能拓宽临床药师在临床诊疗过程中的参与空间。

| Abstract: | A working model of clinical pharmacists is gradually stereotyped in China. However, there is a lack of information about working standards and operation management for clinical pharmacists. According to the central task of pharmaceutical intervention, this paper discussed the supporting points for the implementation of pharmaceutical in- tervention by clinical pharmacists, and analyzed the characteristics and functions of the supporting points based on the practice of gastroenterological work so as to broaden the space of participation for clinical pharmacists. |
