| 摘 要： | 目的:建立西黄软胶囊中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法:借鉴《中国药典》中测定单味药牛黄中胆红素含量的可见分光光度法(VIS)来测定西黄软胶囊中牛黄的胆红素含量。结果:西黄软胶囊中胆红素的含量应不低于3.50%。结论:经方法学研究,VIS法可用于测定西黄软胶囊中胆红素含量,且简便可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:to establish a method of determining amount of bilirubin in xihunag soft capsule.Method:to use the VIS(visible spectrophotometry)method from China Pharmacopoeia to determine the bilirubin's amount in xihuang soft capsule.Result:the amount of bilirubm in xihuang soft capsule should be more than 3.50%.Conclusion:the result showed that the method is suitable to the standard of SFDA.And it is simple and convenient for production. |
