Abstract: | Passing current through high-impedance (108–109Ω) micropipettes, with the current magnitude a linear function of a voltage signal, requires the use of an active circuit. This paper describes a complete system for generating a current which is independent of the micropipette resistance, and for recording voltage from the same micropipette. |
