| 摘 要： | 目的加强病案在流通使用过程中的安全管理。方法应用计算机网络、示踪管理软件对流通中的病案进行监控管理。结果病案的安全管理得到加强，杜绝了病案丢失。结论加强病案科工作的现代化流程建设，为患者提供高效、优质服务。

| Abstract: | Objectives To strengthen safety management of medical records in circulation process. Methods Medical records in circulation were monitored and managed by applying computer networks, tracing management software. Results Safety management of medical records has been strengthened and the ＂lost＂ phenomenon of medical records has been prevented. Conclusions Modern process construction of Department of Medical Records were strengthened, which provided efficient and quality service to patients and reduced hidden trouble of medical records loss. |
