摘    要:雌激素受体(Estrogen Receptor,ER)是一种调节雌二醇作用的配体激活核转录因子,介导大部分的雌激素反应。随着雌激素在临床上的广泛应用,对ER的研究也不断深入。近年来,有关ER组织学定位、表达、功能及与相关疾病的研究取得了许多进展,并发现中医药对某些疾病治疗的作用机制也与ER密切相关。
