| 摘 要： | 低功率超声辐照微泡栓塞肿瘤血管是治疗肿瘤的一种新方法,特异性抗体偶联微泡介导的药物或基因靶向运输在肿瘤治疗方面也显示出巨大潜力,具有广阔的应用前景。现对超声微泡造影剂介导肿瘤靶向性治疗的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Tumor angiogenesis embolization induced by microbubbles mediated low-power ultrasound has provided a new and effective method in targeted tumor treatment.As a novel drug or gene carrier mediated by conjugating tumor specific antibody or other ligands to microbubbles has showed great potential in tumor treatment. This article briefly introduces the advance in targeted therapy of tumor mediated by ultrasound microbubble agent. |
