| 摘 要： | 目的比较改良非脱垂子宫腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术（简称LAVH）与传统腹式全子宫切除术（简称TAH）的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析比较，2004年1月-2005年7月本院LAVH56例和TAH50例患者的围手术期情况。结果LAVH组的平均肛门排气时问，平均住院天数，术后疼痛时问明显短于TAH组（P〈0．05）；LAVH组的术后病率明显少于TAH组（P〈0．01）；LAVH组手术时间及术中出血量少于TAH组，但无统计学意义。结论LAVH优于TAH，在临床上有广阔应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Vaperoscopic-assisted vaingal hysterectomy and trans adomenind hysterectomy.Methods A retrospective study was perfomed using 56 LAVH paitents and 50 TAH paitents in our hospital from January 2004 to July 2005.Results ] LAVH was associated with significantly fewer days of hospitalization,earlier anguish time P<0.05) and lower postoperative morbidity.Conclusion LAVH has several advantages over TAH: the technique is easy to learn and time saving with fewer complicatins.LAVH has worth to be recommended. |
