电话传输心电图对老年冠心病患者无症状性心肌缺血的应用

目的探讨电话传输心电图(TTM)对老年冠心病患者无症状性心肌缺血(SMI)的应用价值。方法选取200例老年冠心病患者,在1周内无症状时分别予24~48小时TTM监测和24小时动态心电图(DCG)检查,比较两者SMI和心律失常的检出率。结果SMI检出率TTM(69.50%)较DCG(44.00%)高,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩和缓慢性心律失常检出率两者无明显差异(P>0.05),快速性心律失常检出率TTM(15.50%)较DCG(9.0%)高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论TTM能及时发现老年冠心病患者SMI以及短暂、无规律的心律失常等心电变化,有重要的临床意义。

Utility of Transtelephoaic Monitoring on Silent Myocardial Ischemia in Aged Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the utility of transtelephonic monitoring on silent myocardial ischemia （SMI） in aged patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Transtelephonic monitoring（TTM） was performed for 24 - 48 hours in 200 aged silent myocardial ischemia（SMI） patients who was asymptomaticin in one week, at the same time, dynamic electrocardiographic （DCG） monitoring was performed for24-hour in the same patients to observe SMI and arrhythmisa incidence. Results The incidence of SMI was much higher by TTM （69.50%） than by DCG （44.00%, P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistic difference in the incidence of atrial premature beat, ventricle premature beat and slow arrhythmia between two ways（ P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of tachyarhythmia by TTM（ 15.50% ） was much higher than by DCG （9.00%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Compare with DCG, TTM can discover SMI and transient, irregular arrhythmisa in time, so it has important clinical meaning.
