临床路径在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

目的探讨临床路径在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法将60例卵巢囊肿需实施腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为2组各30例,观察组按临床路径实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作,对照组采用常规护理模式。结果 2组患者住院日、住院费用、满意度等主要观察指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者实施临床路径可缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用、提高患者满意度。

The application of clinical pathway in patients suffered from ovarian cyst and received treatment of laparoscope

Objective To approach the effect of clinical pathway applicationon in patients who suffered from ovarian cyst and received treatment of laparoscope.Methods 60 cases of ovarian cysts patients requiring implementation of laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,each had 30.Patients in the observation group were treated,cared and rehabilitated following the clinical pathway as the control group adopting conventional care program.Results As main outcome measures like hospital stay,hospital costs,satisfaction etc were compared between two groups,we saw a significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathway for ovarian cysts patients who accept laparoscopic surgery could shorten hospital stay,cut costs and improve patients’ satisfaction.
