| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法 16例老年肱骨近端患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,按照Neer评定标准评价疗效。结果 16例患者骨折均愈合,随访时间为4个月~2年,平均7个月。采用Neer百分制评定标准评定,优10例,良4例,可2例,优良率为87.5%.结论锁定钢板内固定对老年人肱骨近端骨折固定牢靠,疗效满意,是理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of proximal humerus locking plate internal fixation on the treatment of senile proximal humeral fracture.Methods 16 cases of senile proximal humeral fracture were treated with locking plat internal fixation.The effect was evalulated by the Neer classification.Results 16 cases were followed up from 4 months to 2 years,mean 7 months.All fractures healed.There were excellent in 10 cases,good in 4 cases and effect in 2 cases according to the Neer hundred mark system and evaluation standards.The excellent and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion Locking plate fixation is effective on senile proximal humeral fracture and it is a ideal treatment method. |
