髋关节置换术后股骨假体柄周围骨折临床分析

目的探究髋关节置换后股骨假体柄周围骨折的治疗效果。方法对股骨假体柄周围骨折患者13例行髋关节置换术治疗,并对其疗效进行评估。结果 13例患者治疗后骨性愈合11例,愈合率为84.6%。愈合时间为7～17个月,平均14个月,未愈合2例,。所有患者术后均未出现并发症。结论髋关节置换术后股骨假体柄周围骨折患者应仔细查出骨折的具体部位,按骨折类型进行分类,并采取相应的治疗措施,可取得较为满意的效果。

Clinical analysis of the periprosthetic femoral fracture after hip replacement

Objective To observe the treatment effect of the periprosthetic femoral fracture after hip replacement. Methods Chose 13 cases of patients with periprosthetic femoral fracture and made an operation with hip replacement. Made an assessment on the efficacy. Results After treatment 11 cases of patients were healed in 13 cases,the healing rate was 84.6%. The healing time was 7 ~ 17 months, the average time was 14 months ,2 cases did not heal. No complication appeared of all patients after surgery. Conclusion Find out the specific fracture part of the patients,with periprosthetic femoral fracture after hip replacement,classify according to the fracture types, make corresponding treatment measures, can achieve satisfying treatment effect.
