克拉霉素分散片治疗轻症小儿支原体肺炎80例报告

目的:观察克拉霉素分散片治疗轻症小儿支原体肺炎的疗效与安全性。方法:将80例轻症支原体肺炎患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,分别用克拉霉素分散片与阿奇霉素分散片治疗7-14d,对2组临床疗效、症状消退时间、疗程和不良反应进行观察比较。结果:第1个疗程结束,研究组痊愈率62.5%、显效率82.5%、有效率92.5%,第2个疗程结束分别为82.5%、90%和92.5%,症状体征评分和症状体征消退时间及疗程,两组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。不良反应两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:克拉霉素分散片治疗轻症小儿支原体肺炎疗效确切,与阿奇霉素分散片相当,且安全性好、使用方便。

Application of Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablet in the Treatment of Children with Mild Mycoplasmal Pneumonia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin dispersible tablet in the treatment of children with mild mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods: All 80 children with mild mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly and equally assigned into clarithromycin group and azithromycin group,and all cases were treated respectively for 7-14 days.The clinical efficacy,adverse effect,symptoms remission,and treatment times in two groups were observed and compared.Results: The cure rate,effective rate,and the total improved rate in clarithromycin group was 62.5%,82.5%,and 92.5% respectively after the first treatment course,and 82.5%,90%,and 92.5% respectively after the second treatment course.But the clinical efficacy had no significant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05),as well as the scores of symptoms,the incidence of adverse effects,the time to remission and time of treatment.Conclusion: Clarithromycin dispersible tablet has a good efficacy in the treatment of children with mild mycoplasmal pneumonia.Its efficacy is as good,safe and convenient as that of azithromycin dispersible tablet.
