参松养心胶囊对不同病因室性早搏的疗效观察

目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗不同病因室性早搏的疗效与安全性。方法将室性早搏患者129例随机分为观察组(64例)和对照组(65例)。观察组口服参松养心胶囊4粒,每天3次,疗程8周;对照组口服美托洛尔12.5mg,每天3次,疗程8周。8周时对照组加用参松养心胶囊4粒,每天3次,第16周时与单用美托洛尔对比疗效。结果用药8周2组均有效控制室性早搏,但总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药8周观察组临床症状改善总有效率为90.62%高于对照组的73.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊能显著改善不同病因室性早搏的临床症状,联用美托洛尔效果更佳,且无严重不良反应。

Efficacy observation of Shensongyangxin capsule on premature ventricular contraction of different cause

Objective To observe the efficacy andsafety of Shensongyangxin capsule in treating with different cause of premature ventricular contraction. Methods 129 cases patients with premature ventricular contraction were randomly divid- ed into observation group （64 cases） and control group （65 cases）. Observation group was treated with Shensongyangxin cap- sule 4 capsules,3 times a day for 8 weeks;control group was treated with metoprolol 12.5mg,3 times a day for 8 weeks. At 8 weeks, control group received Shensongyangxin capsule 4 capsules ,3 times a day, at 16 weeks compared the efficacy of meto- prolol alone. Results 8 weeks, two groups were effective control of ventricular premature beats, but the overall efficiency difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉0.05 ）. 8 weeks ,improvement of clinical symptom total effective rate of observa- tion group（ 90.62% ） was higher than that of control group（ 73.85% ）, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. 8 weeks, the organic etiology and non - organic cause of premature ventricular contraction efficacy difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptom of different cause of premature ventricular contraction, combining with the effect of metoprolol better, and no serious adverse reaction.
