B型超声在胰腺癌诊断中误诊病例探讨

目的进一步提高B型超声诊断胰腺癌的准确率。方法我院25例患者,使用PHILIPS HD7超声诊断仪多方位、多切面扫查上腹部,对发现包块处仔细探查并详细测量与记录。对经手术、病理和其他检查证实的胰腺癌患者的超声图像进行总结分析。结果 25例胰腺癌患者中,20例B型超声诊断为胰腺癌,5例误诊。5例误诊中定位错误3例,定性错误1例,误诊为胆管结石1例。结论胰腺癌的超声诊断,与超声仪器的性能、患者腹壁透声状况和肿块与周围粘连程度有关,在很大程度上也与检查者的经验和方法有关。

Misdiagnosed cases by B mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of ancreatic carcinoma

Objective Misdiagnosed cases by B mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of ancreatic carcinoma were reviewed,the accuracy of B mode ultrasound diagnose rate would got further improvement in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods 25 patients in my hospital,were diagnosed by PHILIPS HD7 ultrasonic diagnostic instrument,much azimuth,much section scanning on the abdomen,to found the bag block,which was carefully explored and detailed measurement and recording.On the operation,pathology and other examination confirmed the presence of pancreatic cancer patients with ultrasound image analysis.Results 25 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer in 20 cases,B type ultrasonic diagnosis for pancreatic cancer,5 cases were misdiagnosed,among 5 cases,the localization error in 3 cases,1 case was misdiagnosed as qualitative error,1 case of bile duct stones.Conclusion Pancreatic cancer ultrasound diagnosis,had relation with ultrasonic instrument performance,patients’ abdominal wall of sound transmission and mass with peripheral adhesion degree,to a great extent had relationship with the experience and method of operators.
