原发性骨质疏松血清中AQP1和VEGF的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨原发性骨质疏松患者血清中水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化水平及意义。方法将100例原发性骨质疏松患者分为原发性骨质疏松组和骨质疏松性骨折组各50例,并将50例正常骨量受试者作为对照组进行对照分析。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组患者血清中AQP1和VEGF水平。结果①与对照组比较,原发性骨质疏松组血清中AQP1值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。骨质疏松性骨折组AQP1表达较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。原发性骨质疏松组与骨质疏松性骨折组比较,血清中AQP1降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。②原发性骨质疏松组与对照组比较,血清中VEGF值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。骨质疏松骨折组VEGF表达较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。原发性骨质疏松组与骨质疏松性骨折组比较,血清中VEGF升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。③对照组血清中AQP1和VEGF水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.779,P<0.01),原发性骨质疏松组与骨质疏松性骨折组血清中AQP1水平和VEGF也呈负相关关系(r=-0.612,P<0.01)。结论 AQP1和VEGF在原发性骨质疏松患者血清中异常表达,可能参与原发性骨质疏松的病理生理过程。

The correlational study of AQP1 and VEGF of serum in primary osteoporosis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change and significant of Aquaporin1(AQP1) and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in serum for primary osteoporosis.Methods 100 cases of primary osteoporosis were divided into 2 groups: group primary osteoporosis and group fracture.There were 50 cases in every group and 50 cases of normal bone mass were involved into control group.ELISA was used to investigate the expression of AQP1 and VEGF protein in serum for primary osteoporosis and bone fracture group.Results ①Expression of AQP1 protein level in primary osteoporosis and in group fracture were higher than that of control group.(P<0.001).②Expression of VEGF protein level in primary osteoporosis and bone fracture group was lower than that of control group.(P<0.001).VEGF protein level in primary osteoporosis was higher than that of group fracture(P<0.001).③There was significant negative correlation between the level of AQP1 and VEGF in control group(r=-0.779,P<0.01),primary osteoporosis and bone fracture group(r=-0.612,P<0.01).Conclusion It suggested that abnormal protein expressions and level of AQP1 and VEGF may play important roles in the path-physiological processes of primary osteoporosis.
